From the app
Open Settings → Send feedback and write in Your feedback. Describe what happened and, if useful, choose the screen and your table. Your submitted note appears under Your recent notes with a status such as Received.
Without access to the app
Email jkinney@flip-tech.com for sign-in trouble, an account question, or another support request. You can use this address without installing or signing in to the app.
The email button opens a draft in your email app. Nothing is sent until you send that email.
Tell us which screen you used, what you expected, what happened, and your app version and device if known. Never send sign-in codes, passwords, payment details or unrelated private messages.
Report a safety problem
In the app, open the ⋯ menu on the relevant post, comment, table message or member and choose Report. Settings → Privacy & Safety shows your reports and blocked members.
Delete your account
Account deletion instructions explain the in-app controls, an email request alternative, subscription cancellation and the records that currently remain.
Privacy and terms
Read the website Privacy Policy and website Terms & Conditions. In the app, Settings → Terms, Privacy & Contact opens the app documents.
